DCF had 700 pages of proof that Terri was being abused four long years ago. The investigator acknowledged that at the time, and that the information was very credible...that is until higher-ups quashed the whole thing.
They are culpable.
I won't stop bugging them, though. :)
I left a message on the answering machine, and reported to them that Terri Schiavo is being dehydrated to death, and I left my name and phone number.
