Greer denied because of them waiting 5 days to file the new evidence....this is BS. It's ok if MS waited 7 years to tell his lies, that was accepted as fact...BS!
Per the link to DCF's previous All Writs Petition they provide state laws that they are required to act on complaints. State law trumps county judges in all other states but Florida it seems.
