Based on the World Net Daily headline article ("Political Corruption Fueling Terri's Case?"----VERY IMPORTANT READ!)
I believe, as many do here, that there has been criminal collusion between Felos-Schiavo/Greer.

So, apparently, Michael felt comfortable setting up his press conference BEFORE(yeah, sure!) he knew Greer's decision...
