Can the Schindler's take him to a civil court, in front of a jury, on any charges when Terri is gone?

I have no idea, since it's judicial homicide. "Vengeance is Mine" does not mean, IMHO, that we don't do things that we can do in this world to make things right. When, as in this case, the Schindlers, and others have done all they can do right by Terri, and the Courts rule against them, there is but one Judge left to make things right.
