I was reading books written by Bodie Thoene. I had to stop in the middle of the book book the Jewish family been sent to the concentration camps. IT IS SOOOO INFURIATING! I know how the story is going to end. Roosevelt knew what was happeing and the US would do nothing. SIX MILLION Jews died and millions of others....

And now, I see this being played out in our country and people are letting it happen just like they did then. Why? ignorance? apathy?

I want to put the book down. All I can do is turn off the tv and stop coming to FreeRepublic. But the story is still going...

STOP!!! THESE ARE REAL PEOPPLE!!!!

I am surprised that Bob Dole, for whom I support for both vice president and president in general elections, has not spoken out on this horror: he who gave an arm to fight fascism and nazism in Italy. I wonder if he feels duped now that nazism is sweeping the USA.
