The Shindlers have asked the judge to recuse himself four or five times. He has refused.
This is ridiculous, here are people asking for a new judge that many times and he refuses....that should raise red flags too! An attorney does not ask for a recusal of a judge unless he has good reason...this is outrageous and should not have stopped there!
