I saw Weller live on Fox or MSNBC the afternoon of Terri's tube being removed(3/18/05). She was visibly shaken by what had happened. I heard her say how upset Terri was, and that she had spoken. I believe her. I'm surprised they didn't play the clip more often.
Did you hear the 3 minute tape of Terri and her Dad? It was such a loving exchange between them. I really believe Terri was trying very hard to speak. Actually, I think she said ** Hi Dad **. You have to listen real hard, but I believe she said it.
Her larnex may have been somewhat damaged by medical procedures since her injury. Also, she has had NO/ZERO speech therapy for over 10 years.

I have heard that Michael also tried to do things to make sure she couldn't speak, like not allowing therapy and other things, likely cause he is afraid she will be able to nail him!
The Judge had better accept this new evidence as factual or it will prove that he has a bias, I am not sure what the procedure is if you think that your judge is biased...I would ask for a new judge, why has that never been done?
