Men failing to do what they know is right allow evil to continue.
Threatening to kill or trying to hire a hit is definitely wrong and should be prosecuted fully.
If those in authority would exercise it instead of worrying about the fallout a lot of this kind of ugly actions would ahve been avoided. OTOH Bush exercising his authority could result in a fight at the hospice. Lots of innocent people there.
This is probably a terrible attempt to reason this out as I am very tired. It's not an easy question to answer. Someone on the radio today said you have to either vote them out or impeach them, elect 60 Republican Senators to change the judicial system via the congress. Problem with the last bit of that is there are lots of Jim King's in the Republican Party.
