Excuse me, but I'm not "bashing" anyone. I'm merely asking for some clarification, because I think maybe I missed something. A few days ago he had a joint press conference with DCF officials where it was stated that the DCF didn't need the court's authorization. Now it looks like he's saying the opposite. What happened? If the DCF doesn't need the court's authorization, how can the courts have the authority to bar the DCF from acting?

I heard that they were on their way to take her out and Felos was tipped off by the local police and ran to Judge Greer to get restraining order that no one including Jeb could take her before they got there.

Okay, so my next question is, how can a restraining order issued by a court bar a dept of the executive branch from acting? If a court has that kind of authority, then can a court also issue a restraining order to stop the police from enforcing the law? or to stop the military from fighting a war? This seems like a dangerous precedent in the making.
