The judge and lawyer seem to control the police, NOT the Governor of the state of Florida. Courts can only issue opinions. They can't enforce them. At least, that's the way it's supposed to be, under the separation of powers our Founders set in place.
What we have here is Judge Greer acting as judiciary, legislature, and executive. Might as well crown him king!
