To all:
Someone states as fact that Terri's friend testified that Terri spoke up for extended life (in the Quinlan case) when she was 11 or 12, while Michael's side has witnesses of her different view of extended life when she was an adult.
Not posting to them in particular, just posting in general, but it is false that Terri was a child of 11 or 12. Greer himself recently admitted his mistake(she was actually over 18 at the time, I read 19 somewhere, just as her friend testified), but Greer also refused to change his rulings because of it, to no one's surprise.
I refuse to allow this blatant falsehood to go unchallenged.
"I refuse to allow this blatant falsehood to go unchallenged."
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, TXRANGERETTE!
The thing that amazes me about Free Republic is the non-compromising insistence on TRUTH.
I've been calling and e-mailing television stations and newspapers that print lies about Terri.
Wish they could all be prosecuted for being incompetent and irrelevant, as Perry Mason used to say.
Thank you for correcting that falsehood. It was a good way to do it without feeding the troll.
