My 12 year old daughter asked this question last night:
"If Terri's brother were to take a gun and shoot Terri today...
Would her brother be charged with murder?"

Out of the mouths of babes. They see more clearly.

"If Terri's brother were to take a gun and shoot Terri today... Would her brother be charged with murder?" I've thought the right thing to do would be to shoot Terri in the foot. That way, the shooting would most likely not be the cause of death, but an autopsy would be required to determine that.

we all know the answer to that---a resounding yes and Greer would be the judge, jury and executioner

"If Terri's brother were to take a gun and shoot Terri today... Would her brother be charged with murder?" If he shot her in the foot, wouldn't it be legally necessary for a hospital to attempt to stabilize her, Greer's orders notwithstanding?
