I just got off the phone with the FBI in Chicago. I had asked them about the RICO act and the possibilites that the hospice and the judge may be indicted under that act. I also told them if they started an investigation under that act that Terri Schiavo could be considered a material witness and need to be under the custody of the FBI.
The agent thanked me for the idea and said she would pass it along to the Florida agents.
I thanked her and told her they were all in my prayers.
