For starters, the 14th Amendment. Lesser laws include the American's with Disabilities Act and Florida's own state laws regarding children and the disabled. Jeb warned yesterday he "might" rescue Terri using Florida's own laws (which he took an oath to defend) for authority; but the tyrant Greer quickly jumped in and threatened Jeb with contempt if Jeb enforced that law. Of course, Jeb cowered in fear to the almighty judge. Any other questions?
