That's actually very interesting--this is giving the DU's a lot of ammo. But they are forgetting that we are very early in the election cycle, and if they seriously think this is somehow going to lead to a huge seachange in politics, they are delusional.

Of course I can't guess at the NUMBERS, but I do think mine is an accurate assessment of the political fallout. We just don't know the volume of the reaction.

And the Dems are also forgetting one salient fact: the very SHORT attention-span of the American voter.

Three years from now, most people will have forgotten about Terri Schiavo.
