The Schindler's should have gotten competant lawyers 8 years ago, but I quite frankly think the Schindler's are too blind to notice they're getting ripped off by their own lawyer.
I suspect the guy's pro bono (no charge). But I' m sure they could have gotten some very high-powered conservative lawyers, also pro bono, once this federal case became a possibility last week.
I've been hesitant to say it, but since you already have, I agree. I'm certainly not placing BLAME (since the blame definitely lies with MS, Felos, and Greer), but I will say that I haven't been very impressed with the Schindlers' lawyer....
I agree. The Schindlers should take a good look at the snakes around them.
I agree that the representation was subpar,but I don't think Gibbs has been milking them for money.When the ACLU came in, he was overmatched he should have recognized it and sought help or refer it to more experienced counsel.
