Can someone bring me up to date? I'm really at a loss of what is happening since I've been gone all day. Are we at a deadend? Is hope still alive?

States rights.

Separation of power among the three branches.

The "Keep the tube in Terri" proponents do not want to hear this, but these are principles our nation was founded on.

Yes, states rights evaporated years ago, as did the separation of powers (with the activist judges writing law and bypassing the legislative branch).

However, it look like there is still some rigor mortis in the dead body of the U.S. Constitution. Congress should keep out of this and let Florida practice its states rights.

Where are all the liberals who scream and scramble to preserve the lives of the most wicked murderers on death row?

Where are all the liberals who tie themselves to trees and lay down in front of tractors to protect the snail darter?

Where are all the liberals who talk about women's rights and how states cannot usurp the federal law?

Where are all the liberals who will defend child molesters and terrorists?

Where are all the liberals who are horrified by prisoners in Iraq wearing panties on their heads?

And where is the President of the United States and the Governor of Florida - who swore to uphold the federal and state Constitutions? They have forgotten that the Executive branch is an equal branch to the Judiciary. They have lost their moral compass by NOT exhibiting backbone. They need to send in Federal troops or the National Guard and let the courts know that WE THE PEOPLE will no longer allow them to
tyrannize us. No food and water? What are we becoming? This is beyond shameful - it is barbaric!

Terri will die because the USofA does not have 3 equal branches of government. A very large segment of the US population thinks that the Judiciary Branch is a stand alone government by itself.
