America has reached the turning point and has taken a wrong turn.

The laws should err in favor of life.

Let these final decisions remain private and a matter of personal choice according to 'living wills', but once it becomes public and a matter of judicial process, life must be chosen by the state. If not, we follow the path of Germany in thirties.

The Declaration of Independence claims governments are instituted among men to secure the certain unalienable rights given by God --And first named was the right to Life.Under our Constitution Congress created the Judiciary,Under Our Constitution Congress administers the oath of office that is intended to govern their official acts.Under our Constitution Congress can regulate the powers of the Judiciary. Under our Constitution NO Judge is granted the powers Judge Greer has been allowed assume for himself. If the Courts continue to be confused with the
Rule of Law ,and granted powers not enumerated in the US
Constitution Then there is NO law in America. No Government.
No reason to pretend we are that nation established in 1776.
