I'm confused...some say it has been ruled...others say it hasn't. What is going on here???
Just heard on Fox they are still waiting for the ruling. Earlier I believe CNN stated that the judge had already ruled. ( makes ya wonder if CNN is connected to Greer too!)........that report I believe was false.
My Best guess is the Judge initially rulled that DCF could not go in and get Terri. Gov. Bush has requested a HEARING so that the state could present its case on the ABUSE issue. The Judge has NOT YET ruled on that request.... IF the Judge grants the Gov. request, than the STATE would take CUSTODY of Terri, and the FEEDING tube would be removed.. FOR THE JUDGE to DENY the STATE the opportunity to make their case would raise this to a NEW LEVEL of SICK...
