What is hooked up to your computer in addition to the capture card?
Thats it.. I have a DVR on FOX, which allows me to "rewind" Live TV, and "snap" a pic.
You open your computer, install the card, close your computer, and connect the TV cable to the back of the card.
Install the software and whammo, you can open up a little window on your screen where the TV picture appears.
It's very cool.
