Epehesians 1 says the God works out everything in conformity to the purpose of His will, not that everything is His will.
I suggest you do some good reading on the sovereignty of God.
Have and will continue to do so. I suggest that you read viewpoints other than your own. Try starting with Andrew Boyd's Satan and the Problem of Evil

There is a world of difference between God's will always being done ... which I said isn't the case ... and God's will always being accomplished ... which I reference above concerning Ephesians 1.

Seems to me that sin is our God-given choice to act against his Will. It does not affect the Will of God, it only affects our personal destination.
