Maybe a nurse could come forward and sue the hospice, claiming and injury on the job. She could say she was "hit" by Terri or fell in her room or something. Wouldn't Terri then be "secured" as a witness in the case?

They would lock Terri up and only give her bread and water. Oh, wait.............that would be humane.

Naaah, they have been just "treating the chart" anyway, as evidenced by Greer not going to see his victim. And any nurse would essentially be suing Michael and he sure ain't going to kill himself, he's got Felos!!

re: "secured" as a witness in the case?

She is already under a subpoena from the US Congress to appear as a witness and Judge Greer simply chose to ignore that fact. This man is out of control and so far no one has had the courage to stand up to him.

ahh the elian gonzales manuver, perfect! Does she have any unpaid parking tickets? Maybe some unreturned library books? Did she file a 1040 last year? It should be pretty easy to arrest her on something.
