That was frustration coming out. I'm sorry about that. I hope I'm excused for that. That raises a question, just what does Michael do for a living? That's something I've never heard.

Why is the duly elected head of the executive branch of the State of Florida kneeling before a single, appointed member of the judicial branch and asking for permission to perform his required duties? ...duties he has sworn to perform?
Do it! See if the judiciary is going to take up enforcing the law (executive branch) as they have creating it out of whole cloth (legislative branch). End judicial tyranny, Governor Bush!

All the better. Pull the cable from your cable modem, add a splitter and two short lengths of cable, then connect one to your cable modem and the other to the video card.
Bam! You're there. I'm watching mine right now. FoxNews with no sound, and Laura Ingraham as audio (tape delayed, from ktkz).

Is it too late to get David Boies on the case ? He was on MSNBC this week and he was quite sympathetic to Terri's parents.

Who knows what he does for a living but he sure seems similar to Scott Peterson in his attitude and actions.

I think he's a nurse ... he went to nursing school so he could take care of Terri. Of course, "take care" can mean different things ...

Maybe they want to give Judge Greer one more chance (which is utterly stupid).Yeh right..... one more chance to say no, and more time to kill the young innocent lady. This is government at it's worst.
Jeb, MOVE!

D'ya think Clinton lent Michael Schiavo that bongo to play for the occasion? I'm sure that SOB is dancing a jig right about now.

It's nice to read someone is feeling that same emotions that I am....Every time I put food in my mouth I say a prayer for Terri
I hope people realize if she dies we have just showed the world and ourselves that instead of 'for the people/by the the people' like our forefathers intended we are now at the mercy of activist judges....the repercussions of this are beyond anything we can imagine

There is a very interesting article you can find at
www.straightupwsherri.blogspot.com. It's about the guardianship program in Florida and how lawyers and judges get their cuts out of the sick and elderly.
To: mikeus_maximus
I agree! Dear God in Heaven, please give Jeb Bush the strength to save Terri Schiavo. I am begging the good Lord, the Holy Spirit, the Blessed Mother, St Therese of Lisieux, St Joseph, all the angels to save Terri. Dear God, please help jeb Bush save Terri. Amen.
To: somerville
I thought he seemed to gently suggest that Terri's parents didn't have the best lawyering.

"After Elian Gonzales..." Actually that is a great point. As I recall, Janet Reno sought a court order to have Elian turned over and when that was denied she went in a got him anyway. I wonder if that can happen here?
