Finally, with all of the allegations against Michael why was he never charged with at least spousal abuse before or after the onset of Terri's condition? If all that is alleged is true Michael would have had to conspire with scores of Florida officials, spanning at least 3 administrations, in Florida to get away with it for 15 years.

Even if doing so violates the law? I think if you truly look at what has been transpiring here, I think that both Bush men have had their experts checking every available recourse.

Our Judiciary is failing to protect a citizen and is as a result illegitmate and uneffective.

If Terri Sciavo does die, let it not die in Vain...her parents will continue her fight to protect this from happening to others. I am not going to be one to stand by and watch them do it alone!!!

Fine, then go get her personally. Believe me, I have thought about it. But I am not the boss of the Florida State Police or the US Marshalls. I applaud and honor those who were arrested this week for trying to help Terri. I'm thousands of miles away from Florida and unfortunately am working to pay my exorbitant tax bill so I can keep food-stamp recipients alive artificially. I did my share to help but am not going to brag about what I did. God knows what I did and that's all that matters. Did you never hear that those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat it? Do you know of the civil rights movements in this country? Americans are not SHEEP. Much has been accomplished by disobeying laws. If you want to be a smart aleck about it, go tell it to the gays who think marriage is a civil right. You may also want to get a good book on US history that includes the 1960s. Just a suggestion.
