Judge George Greer admits there was an error in fact in the 2000 trial that established Terri Schiavo;s "right to die."

And the appeal courts didn't find anything wrong with Geers ruling

Her friend's testimony thus has credibility and was rejected for demonstrably false reasons by the trial court, and affirmed by the appellate courts.

She dies because of a judicial f*ckup, and now they won't fix it.

IIRC the courts that have been "reviewing" this case have not been looking at the "facts" of the case [as they were requested to do by Congress] - they have instead been looking only at the "process" - and the courts all seem to think there was no problem with the process of the case - SO THE FACTS JUST BE DAMNED.
