Saving an innocent human being from judicial tyranny is a bi-partisan effort. Take the 11th Circuit. The dissenter was a democrat and the 11th's who rejected the appeal WERE BOTH REPUBLICANS. Both sides of the aisle are either trying to kill Terri or save her.
