The local news reported this morning that Judge Greer ordered the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office to arrest any members of the Dept of Children and Families and any other agency who attempts to take Terri into protective custody. Why hasn't Congress arrested him for contempt?

Why hasn't Congress arrested him for contempt?I keep hearing that Congress will not file contempt of Congress charges against Greer. He's too powerful.
