If I hear one more 'bioethicist' tell America how cruel and selfish it is to feed someone with disabilities, I will wage a media war against the lot of them. And I have plenty of people waiting to help.

Including us. My mother in law was disabled. She had polio at 3. She became a remarkable woman despite one atrophied arm and a very much shorter leg with numerous surgeries. She lived till the age of 88, unheard of for early polio victims.
