I want more than anything for Terri to live, but I want Whittemore to rule that the feeding tube goes back in. (it screws Greer totally out of the water)

His delay may be a good sign, since he came back fairly fast the first time with the denial. Gibbs didn't give the judge what he needed the first time around - hopefully someone has helped Gibbs understand what he needs to give the judge.

The delay can mean the injunction papers are being typed up that will allow them to hydrate Terri back to the point that the feeding tube can go back in and the De Novo trial will begin. (They will have to hydrate her first)

The judge has promised to stay there all night until he has come to a decision. The hearing went on for over 3 hours tonight which was longer than the first time.

All I can do is be positive and pray!
