Abby, did Judge Bork say anything about the president or the governor here? As in what they could do?
Or was he silent?
I hoped also that the Gov. Bush (or DCF) could step in, but Gov. Bush nor DCF can legally do it.
Bush clearly said tonight he would not do anything illegal.
Think he feels it is all up to this one last appeal.
