"Judge Whittemore will rule against Terri. Whittemore acted like he is against Terri's family and attorney."

Ya know I have been in alot of cases (I am studying to be an attorney and work in a law firm-paralegal) where I thought the judge was going one way and he went totally the other, so I never give up hope. I have seen attorney's in my firm get totally blasted by judges and then we win, because Judges can be hard to read. Though I admit it seems that these courts have a huge bias against Terri. If we lose, when the statute's clear and plain meaning says we get a de novo (which means a trial for terri) I will really think for sure that there is a conspiracy against this case.

Well said. I've heard before that many judges are hard to read and play devil's advocate.

Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Robert Bork are my favorite judges.

Sandra Day O'Connor is from my state...that's all I'll say about her.
