I know one thing. I stayed home feeling ill today, from headache and heartache.
I have been at peace tonight, no matter what the news was. I turned off Fox. I don't care what they say, who they have on. My worries have been lifted. God has made me calm. ALL IS WELL.
Peace comes from God, and it's not the peace of the world...it just is.
I have been glued to this computer and to praying on this thread for nearly five hours. I had many things I wanted to do tonight, but I felt drawn to prayer with the rest of the wonderful folks on this thread. I know that the Lord was calling us to pray (and the call is still out). He is our God and He will not fail us. He will use our prayers for Terri's good, for the nation's good, and for His glory.
I feel the same way. I have been devastated all day. Right now I am experiencing the peace that surpasses all understandig. WHATEVER IS HAPPENING INSIDE THAT HOSPICE OR INSIDE THE COURTHOUSE OR INSIDE THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION OUR GOD IS IN CONTROL. AMEN.
