Stop criticizing until you actually see the filings, on a talk show Gibbs isn't going to tell you every single thing that was argued...easy for someone to say that has no personal knowledge of the evidence, I am SURE Gibbs knowsthe case alot more than you do.

I read the last filings and they were terrible. If you want to believe that since Gibbs has more knowledge of the case I should not criticize his legal arguments go ahead. Listen to Bois and Dershowitz, for once they are right. Since Gibbs has been losing everywhere perhaps I have a point. Wish I were wrong.
