I am appalled if Gibbs is making the wrong argument after all the steps that this has been through. Still, I think this clintoid will decree death no matter what or how eloquently Gibbs makes his presentation.

Several lawyers, including dershowitz said this would be the arguement so I think he did right...let's not blame him, if we lose again, I think we'd lose even if we had the best attorney that ever lived, they are doing this on purpose..a circus..a show..

Hey a Clintoid Judge made an eloquent decent in the Court of Appeals. If you read this Judge's last opinion there are indications that he thought there were good arguments to make but Gibbs & Co. only referenced them in footnotes, not the body of the brief.

I'm sure the Schindlers are loyal to Gibbs who has worked tirelessly and probably pro bono. But at this point with the high profile nature of this case, surely a better lawyer would be willing to take it on. They love publicity. Lots of us would contribute if asked.
