Gibbs certainly fought hard and is very committed, he just doesn't have the legal skills. I've been listening to Bois and reading the briefs. The argument put before the District Court judge was weak. He did not do a superb job. It sounds as if this one is better. If it's good enough I'm not sure after listening to Seculov on H&C. Bois gets it. Gibbs and Co. did not. They may now though.

How do you measure that? He's lost all his motions and cases. I'm not saying that's his fault - but it doesn't prove that he's "superb" either.

I have a hard time believing any lawyer for the Schindler's ever had a chance in Greer's courtroom. I believe he had made up his mind made up from day one.

He's Felos puppet. Felos knew exactly how this would play out once he got Terri's case to Greer and kept it there.
