EXACTLY!! How can judge in our USA decide that someone with PVS or not can die! Sorry, but i think this is unconstitutional!
My husband just came in and said he had a solution -- the DA should arrest MS for purjury and put him in jail. Then they would have to appoint a different guardian. He also said, "I'm not a lawyer but I play one on TV." ha ha... such a kidder. Wish it were that easy!
