Is Friday considered a legal holiday?
This may be why they are waiting. It's Thursday in FL right now (still Wednesday for me).
As pamlet pointed out to me above, Friday is not a legal holiday for Florida. This means in order to take advantage of that clause they'd have to wait for Friday to take her. That can't be what the delay is because I can't imagine they'd make Terri dehydrate any further just to buy one extra day. My suspicions were off.
