Judge Whittemore who denied the first Federal appeal after Congress passed the new law, agreed to a new hearing this afternoon, to take new filings and material from the Schindler lawyers. Who knows if it matters. I have no faith in any of them.

These judges are damn lucky they live in the 21st Century...I'd be willing to bet if they had "fliiped off" the likes of Washington, Jefferson, Adams, et al, they would all be hanging from trees.
