I keep thinking that he has to know about what has been going on...plus, the day they were first going there...I called his office and all I left on it was "what would Jesus do" hopefully he got that message that day and will rule for us today. Judges are supposed to follow the rule of law but they do have discretion and they need to think about the implications should Terri die here....
I agree. Also, he needs to think about applying the new law. This is why he got the case in the first place.
