Santorum said that who is on the federal courts does matter, as in Terri's case. But as I understand it, some Republican judges in Atlanta voted against Terri too. It was a 10-2 vote against her. The federal courts have snubbed Congress, which is impotent here.

I think it is a good sign that the judhe agreed to reconsider, he didn't have to. I think over the last few days (remember it was the 18th when he denied us the first time) alot has come out in the media as to the questionable credibility of Michael Schiavo...and maybe now we will have a better chance...remember this court can grant a new trial w/ a jury....with a jury we will win and then the Schindlers can go for a civil wrongful death suit and get some of Terri's $$$ back. The main thing today is that we get the order to put tube back in and then the judge can sort out the case, taking his good sweet time. Maybe this judge hear the POTUS say that it was time for the judicial branch to do their part and maybe this judhe is looking to gain favor...for some reason
