When I close my eyes at night, all I can see is Terri's face in front of me, dying, starving to death," Mary Schindler said Wednesday outside her daughter's Pinellas Park hospice. "Please, someone out there, stop this cruelty. Stop the insanity. Please let my daughter live." Heavenly Father, we weep with this mother and echo her cries for help for her wounded child ... our hearts are tear stained as we share her agony ... sustain her daughter on a deathbed prepared by evil, itself. Tend her with the touch of the Heavenly Host upon her dying body ... sustain her unto the time of her deliverance. Rescue her out of this torment, Merciful Father ... carry her back to her mother's arms. Make haste, O Lord ... make haste, for the hour approaches. In the Name of Jesus, we plead ... Amen
