I heard it right after Greer made the ruling, I think it may have been Randall Terry that said Whittemore called and said he's hear the case again...lots of facts have come out and people are pissed at what is happening, maybe he would like to be the hero judge.,...who knows?

I wish I could get my hopes up that Whittemore will do the right thing. But IMHO he is playing with fire. If he tries to be the "hero" at this point, it very well may come too late for Terri. He was the one who started with running out time on Terri's clock by taking his sweet time. If she dies or suffers irreversible organ damage, the blame is in great part his.
