MS and Felos have told so many lies for so many years that the media has been parroting it all. We all knew she wasn't pvs, but the media said she was. I believe Jeb could have done something sooner, but he didn't. He was going by what he knew. Now it's too late. The fix has been in for a long time. Terri is in her 7th day now.
