The state asked for custody. They also asked for new evidence to be admitted. Greer denied both requests and the state is appealing to the federal judge (Wittlemore). I know of nothing concerning an "improper ruling." That language could stem from this case by the state... which is a totally new case in the system. My understanding is that the family has exhausted all avenues. That's what is confusing people... the new case by the state and the appeal with the same damn judge from the other day.
You know, if they want to get to the bottom of it, they need to have a new trial...fresh start....if they did that, it would eliminate the need for this back and forth through the courts thing--what a waste-all we want is the truth, but they are AFRAID of the truth, because I really think this is much bigger than just Terri...she was a pawn in an eleborate conspiracy to make $$$ and I am sure they have sufficient proof, if only they could get a chance to present it....this is an obstruction of justice IMHO...court sanctioned
