Not quite never. Sometimes it's good to let the opponent think he knows what you're holding and be right, so that other times he'll think he knows what you're holding and be quite expensively wrong.
I hope that W is closely engaged in this battle. I trust him to do right if he knows the circumstances. Come to think of it, with his brother as gov. I suppose he is "engaged". But I find it is taking a great leap of faith to trust that things are truly working out right and Terri will be spared.
