The discussion last night about legal holidays ... is Friday a legal holiday in Florida? Are the courts closed? If protection is taken at 12:01 a.m. Friday, and the courts are closed, Terri would be in custody through Monday without DCF having to petition the court for emergency protection. Enough time to stabilize her, which was Jeb's first concern, according to his presser.

All FL courts have a "duty jduge" for emergencies. I guarantee Judge Greer's office will be available and the clerk office will have people on standby.
