That kind of thought really freaks me because IF they CAN use the authority of executive order under the constitution - and they do not - the last thing they need to hear is that they bear no blame.

I thought Sekulow said the judge was the last resort; if he denied the request by DCF then Bush had no power to step in???? Did I hear or read wrong?
