Sad to say, I agree with Rush. The judge is taking a long time so he can say he listened to the "new" evidence and didn't find it compelling....finding of fact, hence no appeal possible.
they have 30 counts of abuse in the complaint from DCF, I think it will look suspicicious if the judge rules against all that...but then again, Greer thinks he is god
