Freepers take Anxiety Breaks from time to time! I sure know I have to.....

I have had to do that every night this week for about an hour. Monday night I had a doctor's appointment, Tuesday night, I had dog school and last night, I indulged myself with mindless entertainment courtesy of Survivor. I feel much better after these short breaks and can better deal with Terri's situation upon my return.
