I don't know if anyone else heard this, but on FOX about 45 minutes ago, some guy was saying that if this last effort fails, there is a possibility that the Schindler's could again appeal to the 11th Circuit, due to all the "new information" that has come to light the last few days... again, I'm pretty sure that's what I heard, but don't quote me...

I heard the same thing but there isn't time to appeal this down the line again... even with the new evidence. Time is running out fast.

They can appeal but the judges aren't going to risk looking stupid even more stupid by overturning their own ruling.
